- Coordinate and manage area-level activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and community stakeholders.
- Assist in implementing strategies to improve service delivery and community engagement.
- Conduct regular assessments and reports on program outcomes and challenges.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team productivity and skill sets.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 1-2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Basic project management abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
