QUALIFICATIONS:
● 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, or administrative analytics roles.- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas).
- Experience with syndicated data platforms (e.g., Numerator, SPINS, IRI)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based teams across time zones preferred.
- Understanding of project management and timeline preferred.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Invoice Processing & Budget Administration. ● Administer end-to-end invoice processing, including coding, tracking, and submission. ● Ensure alignment with approved marketing budgets, Trade-Promotions Marketing (TPM) plans, and accruals.- Perform budget reconciliation and maintain accurate spend tracking.
- Administer p-card transactions, ensuring compliance with company
- Maintain organized documentation for all marketing expenses.
- Support Brand Manager and Director with marketing budget KPI tracking
- Administer logistics with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Maintain accurate reporting on participation and program performance.
- Maintain inventory levels for POS materials and branded merchandise; ensuring that our teams have what they need to execute in the field.
- Monitor ordering, tracking, and distribution of POS and premium items.
- Coordinate with vendors and warehouses to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain inventory systems and ensure accurate counts and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across all tracking tools
- Support continuous improvement of marketing administrative processes
