Digital Sales Associate

JOB PURPOSE:
Offer or promote services and provide cargo transportation solution to client particularly in social media with the goal of maximizing profit and maintaining customer satisfaction.
JOB SCOPE:
- Monitor and respond to inquiries of clients coming from the digital platform.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Call out client’s leads through the platform being utilized by the company.
- Developing a plan to achieve sales target.
- Prepares daily sales activity report.
- Provide rate proposal to prospect clients and ensure follow through.
- Prepares weekly Sales Performance report.
- Involve and/or participate sales strategy planning with Immediate Superior.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunity daily through networking, social media, etc.
- Setting up meetings with potential client and getting their cargo handling needs.
- Represent the Company in negotiating/close deals and building business relationship with client.
- Monitor transactions generated and submit sales report to Immediate Superior.
