Sales Development Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and outreach to healthcare facilities and employer prospects.
- Identify decision‑makers and initiate engagement with potential partners.
- Generate interest in recruitment solutions and services.
- Maintain consistent prospecting activity to build a strong pipeline.
- Assess employer hiring needs and qualify fit for services.
- Schedule meetings between prospective employers and Sales Managers.
- Confirm appointments and ensure strong attendance rates.
- Document prospect details, hiring needs, and engagement history.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activities.
- Ensure data accuracy and adherence to sales processes.
- Build positive relationships with prospective employers through consultative communication.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma required.
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, lead generation, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to confidently engage decision makers and conduct professional business conversations.
- Experience handling high-volume outbound calls and overcoming objections.
- Ability to build rapport, generate interest, and effectively qualify opportunities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
