Phone Customer Service Representative – School Bus Tracking

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Phone Customer Service Representative to assist parents with school bus tracking and transportation inquiries. The successful candidate will answer calls, use the company's tracking system to provide accurate bus locations and ETA information, and communicate professionally with parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from parents regarding school bus services.
• Use the bus tracking system to locate buses and provide accurate ETA information.
• Provide expected pick-up and drop-off times and real-time updates.
• Communicate professionally with parents, especially regarding delays or schedule changes.
• Record relevant call details and customer information accurately.
• Escalate transportation concerns or issues through internal platforms when necessary.
• Follow company procedures and maintain excellent customer service.
• Become confident and efficient in using the company's tracking system.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call-handling experience preferred.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with parents and handling questions professionally.
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software.
• Able to work accurately and calmly under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in transportation, dispatch, school buses, logistics, or tracking systems is an advantage but not required.
