Customer Service Manager – Remote | Philippines

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to handle inbound calls, provide accurate estimates, schedule service appointments, and coordinate jobs with technicians. The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and proven sales experience.

Location: Remote – Philippines

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and promptly.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate service estimates over the phone.
• Explain services, pricing, and available options clearly to customers.
• Schedule and book jobs for technicians based on customer needs and availability.
• Coordinate appointments and communicate job details with technicians.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments, estimates, and service inquiries.
• Use sales techniques to convert inquiries into booked jobs.
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information.
• Handle customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Perform administrative and data-entry tasks using Microsoft Office.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting sales and booking goals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, appointment setting, or a similar role .
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills .
• Confident and professional phone manner.
• Experience providing estimates or discussing pricing with customers is preferred.
• Strong sales and persuasion skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office .
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
