Handles fleet insurance, compliance, maintenance, and financial tools (fleet cards, RFID). Ensures all vehicles are insured, registered, maintained, and properly documented.
1. FLEET INSURANCE & COMPLIANCE
- Manage CTPL and comprehensive insurance, renewals, and records.
- Process insurance claims and coordinate required documents.
- Handle LTO registration and renewal of all vehicles.
2. VEHICLE MAINTENANCE
- Monitor maintenance and repair schedules.
- Coordinate with mechanics and service providers.
- Keep records of all repairs, services, and costs.
3. FLEET CARD & RFID
- Oversee fleet card usage and review transactions.
- Monitor RFID/Autosweep accounts, funding, and reconciliation.
4. ASSET SUPPORT
- Coordinate with Asset Management for vehicle documentation, tagging, tracking, and disposal.
