QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data
- Leadership experience (team supervision or coordination)
- Knowledge of banking products and regulations
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the bank’s loan and deposit portfolios.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key business clients.
- Identify, pitch, and secure new business accounts.
- Cross-sell products to meet revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends and adapt sales plans accordingly.
