Cards Operation Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Cards Operations Staff processes important administrative functions needed to be delivered in a timely manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Performs clerical works.
2. Encodes the needed data entries.
3. Prepares financial reports.
4. Executes financial adjustments.
5. Monitors the OPEX and disbursements.
6. Assists for settlement to merchants.
7. Follows other work-related instructions which may be assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Graduate (Business Course - preferably accounting related)
- Has excellent typing skills
- Has high regard on confidentiality and attention to detail
- Must be flexible / adaptable to changes (E.g. Change of Shift Schedule; etc.)
- Must possess multi-tasking skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- No derogatory record from previous employment
- Has analytical and problem-solving skills
