- The E-commerce Site Operations Staff will support the day-to-day management of the company’s online store and digital platforms.
- The role involves coordinating product listings, monitoring site performance, ensuring accurate content, and assisting with customer inquiries.
- You will also help bridge communication between the local team and Japanese-speaking stakeholders, so a working knowledge of Japanese (JLPT N3/N4/N5) is required.
- College graduate
- JLPT level N3, N4, or N5
- Good command of English (Conversational to Native level)
- Experience in e-commerce or online platforms is a plus!
