Customer Service

Visual Merchandising

• Maintain an attractive and organized retail environment.

Point-of-Sale (POS) Operations

• Accurately process customer transactions using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the checkout area.
• Support inventory management and stock monitoring activities.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

Team Collaboration
