Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities
- Install or troubleshoot appliances and technical equipment
- Conduct regular inspections and respond to urgent repair needs
- Coordinate with branch heads for maintenance scheduling
- Ensure safety and compliance in all technical work
Qualifications:
- High school, vocational, or technical course graduate
- With at least 2 years of experience in general repair and maintenance
- Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, aircon, refrigeration, carpentry, or related fields
- Can work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel and be assigned to different branches when needed
