Position Overview The Accounting Clerk will assist in daily accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions. This role is ideal for individuals who want to build a strong foundation in accounting and grow within a professional environment. Key Responsibilities Daily Accounting Tasks
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain organized and accurate filing of accounting documents.
- Support general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
- Assist in generating basic financial reports such as summaries and schedules.
- Help monitor and verify financial transactions for accuracy.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding billing, collections, and documentation.
- Ensure documents comply with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support audit preparations by organizing required documents.
- Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged and welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience in accounting or internship exposure.
- Knowledge of financial documentation or bookkeeping processes.
