- Oversee the production of high-quality pastries and desserts in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Develop new and innovative pastry recipes and presentations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of pastry supplies and ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards throughout the pastry department.
- Train and mentor junior pastry staff to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Pastry Arts or related field
- Experience Level: 3 - 5 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong baking and pastry-making skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
