• With bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
• At least five (5) years of work experience in a reputable service center.
• Willingness to travel to client sites if required.
• Knowledge of service management software.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure team productivity in the assigned area.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching to enhance skills and efficiency.
- Implement and reinforce company policies and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with management to develop and execute improvement strategies.
- Resolve conflicts and handle employee inquiries professionally and efficiently.
