- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development.
- Implement marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor financial performance and budget management.
- Collaborate with departments to enhance overall guest experience.

- At least 3-5 years of experience in F&B management.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage service and preparation
- Mixologist and Bartending Background helpful.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
- Ability to manage and motivate staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Having an NCII Certificate is an advantage.
- With resort or beach operations experience.
