• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related field with at least 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis); Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to work effectively in a team under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Manage procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships to negotiate the best prices and terms.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and improvement.
- Prepare and process purchase orders while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess procurement needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
