Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in Real Estate Operations, Property Management or in a related field.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of property management principles, leasing processes, and tenant laws.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of real estate activities, ensuring efficient workflows.
- Coordinate with sales and property management teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Manage budgeting and financial tracking for real estate projects.
- Implement marketing strategies to maximize property visibility and sales effectiveness.
- Evaluate property performance and develop operational strategies for improvement.
