Installer –
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install and remove minor in-store promotional materials such as stopper media, strip media, product displays, LED/lighted materials, and other campaign materials.
- Ensure materials are properly aligned, secured, visible, and installed according to campaign guidelines.
- Conduct store visits and complete assigned installations within the required **5-day installation lead time**.
- Monitor out-of-stock items, damaged/missing materials, and other installation discrepancies.
- Check and report unauthorized campaign materials.
- Take clear **before-and-after photos** and submit installation reports through **eMOBILE**.
- Coordinate with store personnel and ensure proper handling of installation materials and tools.
- Maintain proper attendance and comply with company safety and operational policies.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- At least High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate
- Experience in merchandising, retail, signage fabrication, or installation is an advantage
- Electrical Installation & Maintenance NC II is an advantage
- Must own or have access to a motorcycle for store-to-store travel
- Must have a smartphone capable of taking photos and uploading reports via eMOBILE
- Physically fit and willing to perform fieldwork and visit multiple stores daily
