Training and Development Manager

Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field
- With at least 2 - 3 Years in managerial leadership role
- Proven experience in developing employee engagement and retention strategies, designing and implementing performance management systems, and conducting training needs analysis with program facilitation.
- Strong background in employee relations and incident management, with the ability to develop HR policies and maintain accurate documentation.
Job Description
CULTURE DEVELOPMENT
- Develop onboarding materials for all new hires
- Conduct regular employee engagementsurveys
- Coordinate team buildings for eachdepartment
PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT
- Develop comprehensive Employee Evaluation programs for each department and role
- Conduct relevant trainings and seminars for the development of employees
- Create and implement engagement, recognition, and morale-building programs.
INCIDENT MANAGEMENT
- Point person for high-level employee concerns
EMPLOYEE RETENTION
- Implement employee retention strategies
EMPLOYEE OFFBOARDING
- Perform exit interviews for employees of acertain level
