Customer Service Representative (One Makati)

Job Overview

Level Up Talent Solutions is hiring Customer Service Representatives for multiple account openings across financial, banking, retail, e-commerce, apparel, ticketing, and healthcare campaigns. These roles are best suited for candidates with strong communication skills, customer service orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to support customers in a professional and accurate manner.

Depending on the assigned account, candidates may handle voice, blended, or account-specific customer support tasks such as billing concerns, payment inquiries, order tracking, ticketing support, banking concerns, healthcare inquiries, product concerns, and general customer assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through voice, non-voice, or blended channels depending on the assigned account.
• Assist customers with billing, payments, collections, banking concerns, orders, deliveries, product inquiries, ticketing, healthcare-related concerns, or general account support.
• Provide accurate and timely information based on account policies and procedures.
• Verify customer information and follow proper security, compliance, and data privacy guidelines.
• Document customer interactions, concerns, actions taken, and resolutions accurately in the system.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate department when needed.
• Meet account performance standards, including quality, productivity, attendance, and customer experience metrics.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail when handling customer concerns.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months international voice BPO experience
• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate, depending on account requirement.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems and navigating multiple tools.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
