Company Profile: This is a multi-awarded destination management company in the Philippines. This Travel Agency attracts clients from America, Europe, Russia, Australia, China & Middle East to visit the most popular tourist destination in the Philippines.
Position: Spanish Customer Travel Support
Industry: Travel Agency
Location: Makati City
Salary: PHP 60,000 - Php 80,000 gross
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:12pm | Weekends off: Saturday - Sunday
Work Setup: Work Onsite
Requirements:
- Proficient in Speaking Spanish and English
- Open for Foreign National located in the Philippines
- Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or relevant field
- Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Computer literate and with good web navigation skills.
- At least 2 years of extensive experience in customer service/hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and bookings from Spanish- and English-speaking accounts.
- Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc.) to travellers
- Troubleshooting and providing assistance to customers
- Handling of emergency calls (24-hour emergency phone)
- Translation of promotional campaigns, newsletters, e-shots, advisories into Spanish
- Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
- Additional responsibilities can be added as deemed necessary by the company.
