- Assist clients in buying properties
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties.
- Guide clients through the entire property transaction process.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease.
- Maintain relationships with clients for future business.
- Stay updated on property laws and market trends.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in real estate.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong telemarketing, sales, and negotiation skills; effective presentation abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Generate leads, present property listings, negotiate deals, and maintain client relationships.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits; flexible hours may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, persuasive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
