Job Description We are seeking Telco Customer Service Representatives to provide support for customer inquiries, account concerns, and service-related requests while ensuring accurate information and quality service at all times. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Provide guidance on account services, billing, and technical concerns
• Assist with documentation and account-related processes
• Accurately record all customer interactions
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
• Maintain service quality and performance standards

Schedule & Training:

• Shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
• Paid training on telco systems and company processes

Requirements:

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
• No experience required (Freshers are welcome)
• Strong English communication skills
• Customer-oriented with willingness to learn
• Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
