Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- 1+ years of Human Resources Services experience
- Knowledge and experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Skill in Personnel Management, including employee relations and conflict resolution
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in an on-site environment and foster a supportive workplace culture
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar HR role is a plus
- Will handle daily HR functions, including managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, overseeing personnel management, and administering payroll & employee benefits.
- Will support recruitment, onboarding, and provide guidance on HR best practices.
