任职条件：
欢迎精通中文（普通话）的菲律宾籍与菲律宾华人应聘（需具备听说读写能力）

人力资源、工商管理或相关专业本科毕业
至少 1–3 年招聘经验，最好在快节奏环境中工作过
熟悉劳动法与招聘合规者优先
岗位职责：
管理端到端招聘流程，包括职位发布、简历筛选、面试与录用协调
与部门主管合作，确定招聘需求与职位要求
通过多种平台寻找候选人（如 LinkedIn、招聘网站、社交媒体、人力资源机构）进行初步筛选并协调招聘团队的面试
维护并更新候选人追踪系统，准备每周／每月招聘报告
确保候选人在招聘过程中拥有积极且专业的体验
招聘流程：
简历筛选 首轮面试人资面试（语言评估）
经理最终面试
