About the Job

We are looking for a **creative and user-focused UI/UX Graphic Designer** who can transform complex business and user requirements into simple, intuitive, and visually engaging digital experiences.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of both **UX and UI design**, with an eye for clean, functional, and modern application interfaces. You should be comfortable working closely with Product Owners, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, define solutions, and translate ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and polished user interfaces.

This role is focused primarily on **web application and product design**, rather than traditional marketing or print design.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer, business, and product requirements in collaboration with Product Owners and other stakeholders.
• Translate business and user requirements into intuitive user experiences and effective interface designs.
• Create user flows, information architectures, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Establish and maintain visual design standards, UI patterns, and design guidelines across applications.
• Create user-centered designs based on user research, customer feedback, market analysis, data, and technical constraints.
• Apply strong principles of usability, accessibility, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.
• Understand user behavior and psychology to create experiences that are both functional and emotionally engaging.
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs based on findings.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Work within technical constraints and collaborate with development teams to ensure designs are practical and effectively implemented.
• Advocate for simple, intuitive, consistent, and user-friendly experiences.
• Maintain consistency across application interfaces while ensuring designs align with established product and brand standards.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively while providing realistic time and effort estimates.
• Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Web Application Design, or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in **UI design, UX design, interaction design, and web/application design**.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking.
• Solid knowledge of information architecture, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and usability principles.
• Proficiency in **Figma** or similar UI/UX and prototyping tools.
• Working knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design and modern design patterns.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, spacing, layout, color, hierarchy, and consistency.
• Ability to understand technical constraints and collaborate effectively with developers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for creating polished digital experiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Visual Arts, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Amenable to work the mid shift (3:00 PM–12:00 AM) PH Time.
• Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga.
