JOB OPENING: LABORATORY TECHNICIAN
Position: Laboratory Technician Location: Location: Carmona Cavite Employment Type: Full-time Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Target Date / Start Date: October 15, 2026ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support our formulation, testing, and technical sales operations in Manila. Directly reporting to the Application Executive, you will play a hands-on role in compounding product formulations, running stability tests, maintaining laboratory standards, and assisting in technical trainings for both internal sales teams and external clients.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Formulation & Compounding: Directly compound product formulations according to specifications provided by the Application Executive. Product Testing: Conduct stability testing and record analytical performance data to ensure quality and compliance. Technical Training & Demos: Assist in conducting lab and product training sessions for Sales Personnel and deliver technical presentations and practical demonstrations for clients. Inventory & Lab Maintenance: Monitor raw material inventory for prototype development, maintain safety standards, and ensure continuous cleanliness and organization of laboratory facilities.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education: Graduate of any Bachelor's degree Work Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in laboratory works. Technical Skills: Proven experience in laboratory procedures, safety protocols, raw material inventory tracking, and formulation testing. Soft Skills: Clear communication, presentational skills for client demonstrations, strong organizational ability, and attention to detail.Vacancy posted 5 days ago
