We are looking for empathetic, detail-oriented, and driven Healthcare Customer Care Specialists to join our growing team. Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱19,000
- Paid training from day one
- Performance-based incentives and attendance bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries from patients, medical professionals, and insurance policyholders regarding coverage, billing, and services.
- Guide callers through complex medical benefits, check eligibility status, and explain co-pays or deductibles clearly and accurately.
- Document all interactions carefully in our secure healthcare database, ensuring strict adherence to data privacy regulations (such as HIPAA).
- Coordinate with internal billing and medical review teams to resolve disputed claims or service roadblocks efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills. You must be able to explain complex information simply and with empathy.
- Basic computer literacy, including accurate typing skills and comfort navigating multiple browser tabs and databases simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- High emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and the resilience to handle sensitive medical situations calmly.
