Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱19,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries from patients, medical professionals, and insurance policyholders regarding coverage, billing, and services.
• Guide callers through complex medical benefits, check eligibility status, and explain co-pays or deductibles clearly and accurately.
• Document all interactions carefully in our secure healthcare database, ensuring strict adherence to data privacy regulations (such as HIPAA).
• Coordinate with internal billing and medical review teams to resolve disputed claims or service roadblocks efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills. You must be able to explain complex information simply and with empathy.
• Basic computer literacy, including accurate typing skills and comfort navigating multiple browser tabs and databases simultaneously.
• Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• High emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and the resilience to handle sensitive medical situations calmly.
