SENIOR BANKING OPERATIONS OFFICER (MAKATI)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5–10 years of relevant accounting or banking experience, preferably in credit card operations and financial reporting.
Knowledge of the VISA payment scheme and credit card switch systems is required.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; MS Access is an advantage.
Experience in financial system projects, migration, or testing is preferred.
Must have the following requirements: SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, TIN, NBI
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for credit card migration and testing to a new switch.
Support the implementation of the bank’s VISA payment scheme and ensure operational readiness.
Prepare and analyze credit card financial reports, reconciliations, and operational data.
Conduct system testing, validate transaction processing, and resolve migration-related issues.
Coordinate with IT, Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to ensure smooth system implementation.
Monitor operational performance, maintain accurate reports, and recommend process improvements.
