The Service Crew / Kitchen Crew is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking accurate orders, and serving food promptly. They assist in food preparation, cooking, packaging, and dispatching orders while ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
- The role requires teamwork, flexibility to work across different stations (kitchen, service, and cashiering), and maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Crew members handle customer inquiries and concerns, support daily store operations, and may process transactions and manage cash accurately when assigned.
- Overall, they play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, high-quality food, and a positive customer experience while upholding the company’s standards and core values.
