Forecourt Service Crew

- Greet customers and assist with fueling requests.
- Answer questions about fuel types, services, and promotions.
- Offer promotional or loyalty programs to customers and clients.
- Assist the Station Manager in client acquisition by supporting outreach efforts for additional purchase orders and promoting the company's products and offers.
- Operate fuel pumps and assist customers as needed.
- Ensure safe handling of fuel to prevent spills.
- Follow fuel handling and emergency procedures.
- Adhere to environmental and company regulations.
- Monitor the forecourt for suspicious activity.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure forecourt, cashier area, comfort rooms, and surrounding areas are clean and presentable at all times.
- Report facility or equipment defects for prompt repair.
- Conduct fuel stock checks before and after each shift using a dipstick on the underground tank (UGT).
- Conducts and documents pump readings after each shift or as required.
- Accurately report fuel levels to ensure proper inventory management.
