HR Manager - 5 years in Security Agency

An HR Manager in a security agency handles all human resources functions, including recruitment and onboarding of security personnel, managing employee relations and grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws and agency-specific regulations, developing training programs for guards, overseeing payroll and benefits, conducting performance reviews, and providing strategic support for workforce management. They also play a key role in managing security clearances and background checks for new hires and maintaining employee records.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or any related in Human Resources
- Excellent in communication and written skills
- Good in interpersonal and collaboration
- Proficient in computer skills and some applications
- Proactive in solutions and goal oriented
- 5-7 years experience required for this position in a Security Agency or Manpower Agency as an HR Manager
- Can start ASAP after the hiring process
- Willing to work and report in Makati
- No to province applicants
