Head of Quality

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting a Quality Head on behalf of a leading multinational dialysis service provider. The role will be responsible for leading clinical governance across the company's hemodialysis clinics in the Philippines, ensuring the delivery of high-quality guest (patient) care, compliance with regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement of clinical practices. This is an onsite role based in Makati City.
About the role:- The Quality Head role leads clinical governance across the company's hemodialysis clinics across the Philippines, ensuring the delivery of high-quality guest (patient) care, adherence to regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement of clinical practices.
- This role is responsible for driving the national clinical quality agenda, implementing standardized processes, and strengthening guest (patient) safety initiatives.
- This role oversees clinical standards, competency-based training programs, and quality management systems, including audits, performance monitoring, and data-driven reviews. It also collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance clinical workflows, improve efficiency, and align clinical practices with organizational objectives.
- In addition, the role provides leadership in developing and coaching clinical teams, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and consistent delivery of care across all locations.
Key responsibilities:
Clinical & Nursing Leadership
- Provide national direction for nursing and clinical operations across all clinics.
- Implement clinical standards, programs, and operational processes.
- Oversee the development and execution of competency-based training for Hemodialysis Nurses.
Quality Management & Patient Safety
- Lead the national clinical quality agenda and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Develop quality improvement programs to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
- Execute audits, quality metrics reporting, and data-driven performance reviews.
- Champion patient and employee safety initiatives across the network.
Process Improvement & Clinical Governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance clinical workflows and operational efficiency.
- Introduce process improvements that support both clinical and business goals.
- Standardize procedures to ensure consistent delivery of care across all locations
Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Lead, coach, and develop clinical teams to build high-performing, quality-driven operations.
Key qualifications:
- Registered Nurse or licensed healthcare professional.
- At least 10 years of experience in healthcare, clinical services, or quality management.
- Strong background in clinical operations, quality systems, and regulatory standards.
- Analytical thinker with proven ability to manage data, interpret performance metrics, and drive improvements.
- Experience in dialysis, hospital, or specialty care settings is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
