AI-Powered Content Creator & Digital Marketer

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive & Content Editor to take ownership of our social media content and help strengthen our digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

The company operates in the investment properties and vacation rental space in Florida, with an existing presence across platforms such as Airbnb and property-related channels.

The ideal candidate should be able to take an idea or raw footage and turn it into polished, publish-ready content while understanding what drives reach, engagement, audience growth and ultimately business leads.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Research current trends, formats, sounds, hooks and content opportunities relevant to real estate, vacation rentals, travel and property investment.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs and platform-specific copy.
• Schedule and publish approved content.
• Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement where required.
• Track content performance and provide regular insights and recommendations.

2. Short-Form Video Content

• Edit and produce engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts.
• Work with raw footage, property videos, photos and other assets provided by the company.
• Create videos that are visually engaging and optimized for retention and engagement.
• Add captions, subtitles, transitions, music, graphics, animations and other elements where appropriate.
• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats and platforms.
• Keep up with current short-form video trends and best practices.

3. Content Creation & Editing

• Create static posts, carousels, property showcases, educational content and promotional content.
• Develop content around:

Properties and vacation rentals

Property features and amenities

Travel and destination content

Real estate/investment-related education

Behind-the-scenes content

Guest experiences and testimonials

Company/team content

Maintain consistent visual quality and brand identity.

4. Content Strategy & Growth

• Develop ideas to increase reach, engagement and audience growth.
• Identify content formats that perform well and replicate successful concepts.
• Analyze performance metrics such as:

Reach, Impressions, Views, Watch time, Engagement rate, Followers gained, Shares and saves

Website/profile visits, Leads generated

• Recommend improvements based on actual performance data.

Required Experience

• Proven experience in social media management and content production.
• A strong portfolio of previous work is mandatory.
• Candidates must identify the social media accounts/channels they currently manage or previously managed.
• Candidates must clearly explain what they personally handled for each account.
• Experience managing established or large accounts is strongly preferred.
• Candidates whose portfolio consists primarily of personal accounts or very small pages may not be considered.
• Demonstrated experience creating short-form video content.
• Ability to work independently with raw footage and produce finished, publish-ready content.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must provide a portfolio during the application process. For each major account/project, candidates should provide:

Account/page name or link, where possible, Platform(s), Approximate follower count when they managed it, Duration of involvement.

Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate that the work shown in their portfolio was personally completed by them.Technical Skills Experience with some or all of the following is preferred:
