Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Specialist to develop and manage engaging content across RapidDev’s digital channels. You’ll help strengthen our online presence by creating content that educates, informs, and engages our target audiences around AI, software development, technology, startups, and digital innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Create and manage digital content for websites, blogs, social media, email, and other online channels.
- Research industry trends, AI developments, and relevant business topics to identify content opportunities.
- Write engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content aligned with our brand and audience.
- Develop content calendars and ensure consistent publishing across digital platforms.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats for various channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, and development teams on content initiatives.
- Optimize content for search engines, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor content performance and use analytics to improve future content.
- Stay current with digital marketing, AI, content marketing, and SEO trends.
- Ensure all published content maintains high standards of accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in digital content creation, content marketing, copywriting, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research, writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization.
- Experience creating content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress is a plus.
- Basic understanding of analytics and content performance metrics.
- Strong interest in AI, technology, startups, and digital products.
- Highly organized, creative, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
