Warehouse and Logistics Manager

The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and coordination of the movement, storage, and distribution of goods. This role ensures that products are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations for wholesale and retail distribution channels

• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods

• Coordinate delivery schedules for retail stores and wholesale clients

• Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and retail outlets to avoid stockouts or overstocking

• Develop efficient routing and transportation plans to reduce costs and improve delivery speed

• Ensure accurate order fulfillment for both bulk wholesale orders and retail replenishments

• Work closely with procurement, sales, and store operations teams to forecast demand

• Supervise logistics staff, warehouse personnel, and third-party logistics providers

• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

• Handle issues related to damaged goods, delays, and delivery discrepancies

• Prepare logistics performance reports (delivery timelines, cost efficiency, stock accuracy)

• Continuously improve supply chain processes to support business growth

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain (preferably in wholesale/retail industry)

• Strong knowledge of inventory and distribution systems

• Excellent organizational and coordination skills

• Strong leadership and people management abilities

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple delivery channels and priorities

• Proficiency in logistics or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, WMS, etc.)
