- Report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience Level: 5–10 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
