Excis is looking for a Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to help strengthen our global brand presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other digital platforms. You'll play a key role in developing creative campaigns, growing our online communities, supporting employer branding initiatives, and showcasing who we are to customers, partners, and future employees around the world.

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and visually driven Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist to help strengthen Excis' global brand presence. This role combines social media marketing with graphic design, giving you the opportunity to create engaging visual content, support marketing campaigns, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our digital brand.

You'll work closely with our recruitment, HR and Sales teams to develop compelling content for social media, presentations, websites, marketing collateral, and digital campaigns. Experience redesigning websites, applications, or digital user interfaces would be highly beneficial.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Excis' global brand and marketing objectives.
  
• Design high-quality graphics and visual assets for social media, websites, presentations, marketing campaigns, advertisements, brochures, and other digital and print materials.
  
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  
• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent publishing across all channels.
  
• Design marketing materials that support recruitment, employer branding, sales, and customer engagement.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing and corporate communications.
  
• Create and maintain brand guidelines and design templates.
  
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and analytics.
  
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends, AI tools, and digital marketing best practices.
  
• Support the redesign and continuous improvement of the Excis website and digital applications where required.
  

Requirements

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in social media marketing, graphic design, digital marketing, or a similar creative role.
  
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, branding, marketing collateral, and digital content creation.
  
• Advanced proficiency in Canva or similar design tool.
  
• Experience creating professional marketing materials, presentations, brochures, banners, infographics, and social media graphics.
  
• Excellent understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
  
• Experience creating and managing social media content calendars.
  
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work across multiple projects while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar.
  

Highly Desirable

• Experience redesigning or improving corporate websites.
  
• Experience designing user interfaces (UI) or contributing to web or application design projects.
  
• Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
  
• Experience producing marketing assets for technology or B2B organisations.
  
• Experience supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
