Salary: Negotiable
Location: Bel-Air, Makati City
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Job Requirements
Strictly must meet qualifications
• College graduate in business, marketing, finance, or a related field
• Insurance industry work background
• Understanding of medical, life, health, property, or other insurance products
• Strong verbal and written communication and good customer service
• Familiar with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools
• Self-motivated, target-driven, trustworthy, organized, and resilient
• Open to all genders
Responsibilities
• Build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
• Handle inside sales inquiries and promote insurance products to prospective clients
• Manage customer accounts and update client interactions in the CRM system
• Utilize online communication tools and Microsoft Office to coordinate sales activities and support customer service needs
