Insurance Sales Officer

Description - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote and sell insurance policies.
- Analyze clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Educate clients on the various types of insurance coverage available to them.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 2–5 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential travel for client meetings.
