Reservation Manager

- Oversee and manage all reservation activities, including booking, confirming, and modifying reservations for guests.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences and handle special requests or accommodations.
- Monitor reservation systems, manage availability, and resolve any booking issues or discrepancies.
- Previous experience in hospitality or a related field, with strong knowledge of reservation systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on detail and organization.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle guest concerns or complaints effectively.
