Store Manager

- Customer Service: Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide information about products and services.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise. Ensure shelves are well-stocked and properly labeled.
- Sales Assistance: Help customers locate products, make purchasing decisions, and upsell items as needed.
- Cash Handling: Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle money with accuracy.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean and organized, including tidying shelves, restocking, and maintaining the overall store environment.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not always required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and stocking.
- Attention to detail for organizing products and maintaining store appearance.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry merchandise, and perform light physical tasks such as stocking shelves.
