The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop strategic plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
