Purchasing Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Process PRs and POs and monitor timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for cost, quality, and delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on orders and requirements.
- Check delivered items for accuracy, quality, and specifications.
- Prepare procurement documents (invoices, RFPs, PCVs) and maintain records.
- Assist in reports and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related course.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in procurement is an advantage.
