- Process payroll for all employees and ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Respond to payroll inquiries and provide support to employees regarding payroll issues.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to payroll expenses.
- Collaborate with other Departments to ensure accurate employee data.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate (0-1 year)
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software
- Qualities and Traits: High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion
- Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills
