Job Requirements
- At least High School Graduate; Technical/Vocational Graduate is an advantage
- With at least 2 years of work experience in the food manufacturing industry
- Knowledgeable in machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
- Familiar with preventive and corrective maintenance
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or industrial equipment is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to perform technical and maintenance tasks
- Hardworking, reliable, and safety-conscious
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Can work independently or as part of a team
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to be assigned to any of the designated locations
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues
- Inspect machines and equipment to identify potential problems
- Repair and replace defective parts and components when needed
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure equipment is operating properly
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests
- Maintain and properly use maintenance tools and equipment
- Follow food manufacturing safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Report equipment issues and maintenance concerns to the supervisor
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
