Building Maintenance Technician

- Performing routine and preventive maintenance, installing new equipment, conducting tests, interpreting technical documents, documenting work, and providing technical support and training to users.
- Must have a solid foundation in various technical areas to perform their job effectively.
- Ability to repair and maintain mechanical equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical issues.
- Ability to repair leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues, knowledge of pipe installation and maintenance.
- With NC II Certificate (Electrical or Air Conditioning/Refrigeration)
