Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of building facilities and equipment.
Handle electrical, plumbing, AC/cooling, water, genset, and FirePro systems .
Perform minor carpentry, masonry, and general maintenance works
Respond to maintenance requests and ensure safe and proper operation of equipment.
Maintain a clean work area and complete necessary maintenance reports .
