Warehouse Supervisor

Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Graduate of any 4year related course
- Can handle people and work under pressure
- Computer literate
- Good analytical skills
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Receives instruction from Manager/ Korean adviser
- Overseeing CIC, JIT Call off and Oracle clerk activities
- Responsible in monitoring Inventory.
- Assisting/ replacing CIC/ JIT Call officer during his/ her absence
- Monitor daily excess incoming parts based on requirements
- Assist escalating of material issue / critical parts to concerned personnel
- Assist Follow up of critical parts to SE buyer
- Assist Follow up delivery from JIT vendors
- Analyze excess and non moving materials for possible RTS or RTV and for transfer to other facilities
- Prepare projected inventory
- Updating weekly/ monthly KPI
- Assist on the investigation for any possible discrepancy
